The Lviv National Art Gallery is the largest and leading art museum in Ukraine. There are over 60,000 works in its permanent collection, and represents Polish, Italian, French, German, Dutch and Spanish artists, among other. It spans in history from the 14th through the 20th centuries. One of its most important pieces is a work by Georges de La Tour’s “At the Moneylender”. It was founded in 1902, is now exhibited in two wings: one in the lavish Pototsky Palace, and the other one is just around the corner on Stefanyka street.
