Kandinsky: Small Worlds

31 October 2018–27 January 2019

Exhibition Overview

Vasili Kandinsky, Improvisation 7, 1910.

Museum of the Palace of Fine Arts presents through more than 50 works by Kandinsky, one of the most prolific and multifaceted artistic careers of the twentieth century that aims to show in a panoramic view of his work, the path to abstraction in which the artist abandons the pictorial tradition of representation of the time, to give way to favor the "inner need" and be one of the most important pioneers of abstract art.
