The fight against water has always been part of the Dutch identity. In this exhibition, the central theme is storm on the Dutch coast in the nineteenth-century visual art, with an emphasis on Scheveningen. Expect rolling waves, thunder and rescue boats: it’s going to be drama in the Panorama.
