Kim Lim, Cube, 1993.
Autumn at S2 London sees a second solo exhibition of works by Singaporean-British artist Kim Lim. Filling the entire gallery, this exhibition will focus on Lim’s exploration of form through her marble and stone-carved sculptures. The balance of rhythm and order in Kim Lim’s work sought to draw parallels with the patterns and structures she encountered in both nature and daily life. To accompany the exhibition, S|2 London will publish the first major monograph on Kim Lim’s work.
