Tadashi Kawamata, detail of Para-site Project, 2018.
Tadashi Kawamata: Para-site Project is the first site-specific installation by the contemporary Japanese artist Tadaci Kawamata in Russia. Using the materials found in the old buildings of the Museum Quarter, Tadaci Kawamata has created nests in the permanent exhibition space and in the director's office of the installation. All these objects will be made specifically for the Pushkin Museum.
