The Lobkowicz Palace, housed in the 16th-century Prague Castle complex, is home to the private collection of the noble Bohemian Lobkowicz family. The oldest and largest privately-owned collection of art in the Czech Republic, the museum boasts works by world-renowned masters such as Brueghel, Cranach, Canaletto and Velázquez; an impressive range of arms and armour; decorative treasures including ceramics from across five centuries; and original handwritten scores by Beethoven, Haydn and Mozart among other composers.
